Baked Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

1 full center cut salmon
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 cup safflower oil
4 tablespoon sesame oil
1 cup minced ginger (enough to cover the salmon)
8 to 12 Green Onion, sliced (enough to cover the salmon)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Combine together soy sauce, safflower and sesame oil, ginger, and green onions,(marinade)… in a bake dish large enough to hold the salmon, add the salmon (scale side down) and marinade and cover for 8 to 12 hours or longer.
3. Place salmon in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest. Enjoy!

Notes
1. The skin can be left on for this recipe, since it is baked it will be tender enough that the meat portion will flake right off of the skin itself.

2. After baking you can easily cut your salmon into filets and serve with your choice of side, we used white rice.

3. You’ll know your salmon is done cooking when you are able to poke the center and it starts to flake.
