Cold Brew Campari

1 bag coffee grounds for cold brew (such as Partner’s Coffee)
1 liter Campari

Cold Brew Negroni
1 ounce Campari cold brew
1 ounce gin (such as Broker’s)
1 ounce sweet vermouth
2 dashes black walnut bitters

Directions

Make Cold Brew Campari
Combine cold brew and Campari in a large mixing bowl, add. Let sit for 2 hours.
Strain mixture through a chinois, pressing all liquid out of the grounds. Funnel back into the Campari bottle.

Make Cold Brew Negroni
Combine cold brew Campari, gin, sweet vermouth, and dark walnut bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until frosted.

Strain over a large ice cube into a rocks glass.
