Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan
- 1 cup fresh grated Gruyère
- Salt and fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Chop cauliflower into florets and discard stems. Place florets on sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
- Toss and bake for 30 minutes, tossing halfway though for even roasting.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 2 minutes. Season to taste.
